Rafie is a turkish angora who is a shy kitty but a very loving one, I named him after my nickname my parents gave me as a child because of the quirks he has, he's very similar to me. We both go to the toilet before and after we eat, we both love snacking on treats and we both love getting our backs scratched.

Recently, Rafie became a father two 3 beautiful and healthy kittens and had experienced a whole deal of stress.

unfortunately, this has caused him to have a blocked bladder due to crystals forming in his badder preventing the passing of urine.

we rushed him to hospital and managed to get the crystals removed and he has been there since the evening of Tuesday 6th December.

He is still in hospital and is having issues with the catheter and his kidney levels are going up and down.

He contracted a UTI and has been on antibiotics to settle this. His temperature has also been going up to around 39.6'C.

Today I went to see him and unfortunately he's not been able to pass urine through the catheter and this is requiring the Vets to remove and see if he can pass urine.

Rafie is my 2nd Cat who has just turned 1 years old.

the insurance has only a cover of £1000 and unfortunately the treatment has surpassed this by 5 times.

Me and my partner are going to cover this but we would love if one or many of you could support with as much as you can to aid in his complete recovery so that he can experience fatherhood and allow us to enjoy his quirkiness too.

Rafie has been unable to urinate and will now go for another catheter, they will als try and do a xray to see what is causing the blocked bladder

Rafie has been unable to pass urine through the catheter as the catheter is kinked and his bladder is full, the vets are planning on removing this catheter to see if he can urinate. If he is unable to pee, they will have to put a new catheter by sedating him again
