My name is Constance, and I am trying to raise funds for my dad's cremation. He was a security guard and died suddenly while at work, leaving us all heartbroken and absolutely devastated. He was the best father ever; dedicated to supporting his family and worked as hard as he could but even still could not afford to make arrangements should he suddenly pass.

We, his family, are respectfully asking for any help anyone might be able to give to help with cremation/funeral expenses. Any funds that are raised over the amount asked for will be used to cover his portion of rent and household bills.

We love and miss him so, so, so much. This feels like a nightmare for us all, but any assistance we could receive to put him to rest would help significantly.

Our initial goal is roughly $7500 between the expenses of the cremation of my father and the California bills we have to cover for the next two months possibly, since we no longer have his support with us anymore. Gofundme sets milestones, especially for donations $5,000 and up. So, they break your initial donation into smaller monetary goals. When one is close to a smaller goal, then they will unlock the next goal/milestone for the next round of donations and so forth and so on until the ultimate goal is reached.
