Prince Otis is the most gentle, smiley, 18-month-old Rottweiler who has already stolen every heart he’s met. His previous owner adored him deeply, and having to surrender him due to personal circumstances absolutely broke his heart, and we promised him that Otis would only ever know love, safety, and the best possible care from here on out.

Sadly, this beautiful boy has been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia, a painful condition that affects his mobility and quality of life. We took him straight to our amazing orthopaedic specialist, who has confirmed that surgery is urgently needed to give Otis the pain-free future he deserves.

As many of you know, we fund every dog who comes into our care ourselves — their vet work, rehabilitation, food, training, everything. But specialist surgeries like this come with significant costs. Prince Otis’ operation and post-operative care are estimated at $6,800.
