My name is Clemence Rusenga and am fundraising for my niece Primrose Mpambachuru (32) of Harare, Zimbabwe, who was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease in 2023.

She is an unemployed single mother of one young child who fully depends on her for everything. Primrose has been in and out of hospital since then due to complications related to kidney failure.

The doctors attending to Primrose have recommended a kidney transplant which unfortunately cannot be conducted in Zimbabwe but in India. In the meantime, physicians have prescribed dialysis done 3 times a week at a local public health facility with a total cost of $300 per week.

The family has been struggling to raise the resources required to meet her weekly medical services, which has negatively impacted Primrose's health. She and her primary caregivers, her parents and family are struggling to adequately meet her medical bills alongside taking care of other household needs including supporting children's education.

With US$40 000 needed to cover costs for the life-saving surgery in India, medical bills and other crucial medical procedures, travel costs and accommodation for Primrose, the kidney donor and a caregiver, the family is humbly and kindly requesting for financial donations/support.
