My cousin, Lauren is in the hospital 22 weeks pregnant due to her body going into premature labor. She is currently bed ridden in the NICU in hopes of subduing further labor. She is already too far along to try to stop labor so slowing it down is the only option. We are hopeful that this process will give baby boy more time to develop. She has surpassed their medical expectations already and has cleared the first 48 hours with minimal contractions. Because of the critical situation of trying to give their baby the best chance, both her and her fiancé Shane are unable to work their normal hours. They have 3 girls at home to take care of as well as their household bills. We are asking for some financial help during this time to alleviate that worry. They have enough on their plate dealing with this unexpected medical emergency of their unborn child. Lauren is being so strong and is focused on doing anything she can to help her baby, we are so proud of her!! We appreciate any prayers and positive messages as they are much needed.
