Please help Pop get the treatment she needs

UPDATE: Pop is in ICU at DW Vets in Newmarket. It’s the best place to give her a chance to survive and get better. I have been told she is settled and has eatten. We have been worried overnight as John has been sleeping with her every night whilst she’s been ill. The money you have all so kindly donated and all future donations will help us get a flem test and CT scan today and has helped her get the best support in ICU, where they have oxygen kennels and the best equipment to keep her alive and content whilst they try to find a solution. I hope to update you today on how she is doing. I am really hoping we get to take her home today with treatment.

Hi, my name is Lizzy and we have a little Jack Russell x Dashound puppy called Pop who is 15 weeks old. A week ago when we took her to the vets we found out she was very ill. It initially seemed she may have a rare heart condition but after seeking specialist consultation today and having a scan it appears she has a rare lung problem they cannot diagnose until they have done further tests including a CT scan which will hopefully give a diagnosis. We have been quoted 3-4k for this investigation, this is before any treatment.

We are hoping it’s a simple solution and that this is the biggest financial cost. Of course there is no knowing what’s next but we are just trying to raise money so we can hopefully get a diagnosis and to the next stage, as we just want to help her recover. She is such a beautiful, playful pup and our 3 children and other dog just adore her. She is steeling many hearts along the way and we are really hoping she will make a full recovery. If you can support us we would be so very grateful for any support you can give. If you can share with as many friends and family as possible we would really appreciate all the help we can get.

We have admitted her to the veterinary hospital and will update this page as we discover more.
