Please help Poe boy with his medical bills

Hello everyone! This is Jessie's sister. Jessie is the dog mom of Poe from the dodo video- Aggressive Dog Learns How To Trust People . She's been immensely overwhelmed so I offered to help her out on creating a GoFundMe page.

I know that many of you have been following Poe since the Marleys Mutts Dog Rescue  found him and Raven  in a empty junkyard in the middle of the desert.

For those that are unaware, Poe was one of two dogs rescued from horrible living conditions. Poe was tied to a truck in the middle of the desert and did not trust a single person. Angela saved him from being euthanized and put her heart and soul into teaching Poe that he was going to be okay and he could put faith back into people.

Jessie, put in the application for him in early November of 2018, by the end of the month she started the adoption process and went to go see if they would click.

The morning to meet Poe arrived. Jessie was nervous, but it was kismet. Poe was gentle and curious and Jessie could not help but to fall in love.

Angela worked hard to make sure there was a smooth transition for both Poe and Jessie. They learned to work with one another as both gained more confidence and comfortability. Poe started to show his goofy side and Jessie worked hard to support his needs. They love one another tremendously.

Unfortunately, their time together is being cut short. On December 9th, almost 2 years from their first meeting Poe was taken to the Vet hospital where he was diagnosed with "Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), rapid atrial fibrillation, right/left sided congestive heart failure, and secondary mitral and tricuspid regurgitation." The cardiologist gave a grim prognosis, stating that even with medication Poe has a projected time left of 3 to 6 months.

Our whole families heart breaks for Jessie and Poe Boy.

Because of needing a specialist, a huge cocktail of medication, and Poe's size his medical bills have sky rocketed. Jessie needs our help. Especially since, come the New year, she will be out of a job. This pandemic has decimated her occupational field. So far it has made it impossible to find work within her skill set. She wants to help and care for Poe with her full cabilities, but she is under a lot of financial strain on top of the emotional and mental strain.

It's unfair, Poe has gone through so much and has overcome so much. And now we're just trying to cherish every moment we have left. When Poe entered Jessie's life he quickly became her best friend and became an important part of our family. I can see the pain she is in and on Poe and his brother Bowie's Instagram account her words when she got the news stood out to me:

"[The cardiologist] followed up with the guillotine statement that [Poe] only has about 3-6 months left. I bawled in the car. Ugly, hiccup-inducing tears. I felt like my heart was being squeezed. In all my future versions of where I saw myself in the years to come, he was always there. Poe was alway part of my infinite planning and it hurts knowing that future is only relagated to a few months and not years."

I'm setting up this gofundme page to help my sister with those medical expenses for Poe because I don't want her to worry about these bills on top of everything else. Hopefully with your help, she can focus on making these last months of Poe's life memorable. Thank you
