My name is Bogi, and I have a little bunny (he's 8 years old, but still my baby) who means the world to me. A few days ago, he suddenly got very sick.

He’s been diagnosed with heart disease, which has led to a common but very dangerous condition in rabbits called GI stasis. GI stasis causes their digestive system to slow down or shut down completely, and it can be life-threatening without immediate treatment.

I’m reaching out for help — something I’ve never done before — because even though I work two jobs, I can’t afford the full cost of his vet care. His best (and really, only) chance at recovery is to stay at the clinic under 24-hour monitoring and receive IV fluids and medication.
