Hi my name is Tamara and I'm trying to help our puppys funding for his Pelvic surgery.

He disappeared 12 days ago, completely vanished. Kids were absolutely distraught their 1 year old puppy had disappeared, especially right before Christmas. Now we're up for a $9k vet bill!!

We received a call yesterday from the Ranger who found him stuck in someones yard between a fence and a shed in Coobellup Pav was distraught and very upset as he was unable to walk, until he saw my partner Jake arrive and carry him to the car.

We raced him to the vets to be told he's suffering from major dehydration, weight-loss and a broken pelvis

Our poor boy Pav now needs major surgery, requiring around the clock care and physio while being kept in a cage for min 3 weeks as advised by Specalist Ortho surgeon.

Any financial assistance would be incredibly helpful as we cannot believe this has happened...and it's Christmas.

Any help to get us through would be soo appreciated as it is an incredible sum of money.
