Patty lost her home and everything she had in the devastating fire that ravaged Berry Creek.  She has lived a life of service to others.  Now she needs our help. Will you please help us help Patty rebuild?   

This campaign is being launched by Patty's long-time (over 40 years) best friend Lorna from nearby Roseville, CA.

Patty has always been a fun-loving, hard-working, kind friend to all.  She and her husband moved out of the hustle and bustle of Southern California 18 years ago to live a simpler life.   She has recently adjusted to life on her own after her husband of many decades died of cancer.  Now she is faced with the challenge of rebuilding her life after fire took all she had.   Like many people in her area, fire insurance was not available to her.   

Patty gets by on a small fixed income and lives a humble life without many of the comforts we all take for granted.  I can assure you that every generous penny will be spent frugally and conscientiously.  Her needs are simple, but we all need a home.

She is currently living  almost nothing, so the need for help is immediate.  Our hope is to help her replace her clothing, toiletries, shoes, a bed, linens, dishes, etc, etc, etc.  And, most importantly, a simple place to call home.
