Please Help Patricia Support Her Sister's Battle with Cancer

Hello everyone,

We are reaching out to our compassionate community at High Holborn and the London School of Economics to support one of our own Patricia, someone who touches our lives daily with kindness, warmth, and tireless dedication. Patricia is a cherished member of our residence staff, always ready to help, always with a smile, and constantly ensuring our environment is comfortable, clean, and safe.

Today, Patricia needs our help.

This morning, Patricia emotionally and bravely shared that she is struggling. Patricia explained her beloved sister, Mary Arroyave (Mother, Aunt, Wife), has just been diagnosed with colon cancer and urgently needs chemotherapy to save her life. Mary is 54 years old and lives in Spain. She is a devoted mother of three wonderful children—Natalia, Raquel, and Sebastian—who rely deeply on her love and support.

Unfortunately, Mary does not have sufficient financial resources to cover the extensive cost of her chemotherapy treatment. Patricia is heartbroken, as she cannot even travel to Spain to support her sister personally, she must remain here at High Holborn to earn money to help with Mary's medical bills.

This is where we, as a compassionate community, can step in.

Together, we can alleviate some of the emotional and financial burdens Patricia and Mary are facing. Any amount you can donate will directly assist Mary in receiving the treatment she desperately needs and help provide emotional relief to Patricia, knowing her sister is not fighting this battle alone!
