Please help out Jacob during this difficult time

Hi, my name is Shane Carmen (my picture is on the far right) and I am trying to raise money for my friend Jacob (who is on the far left). Jacob is 28 years old and suffers from a severe learning disability that prevents him from being able to work full time to support himself. Jacob lives with his mom in a trailer park in Troy, Michigan. Both live in deplorable conditions that greatly reduces the quality of their lives. They have no heat. No heated water, they have plumbing issues that prevents them from being able to use their toilet and they cannot afford to get it fixed. They also cannot do laundry because their washer and dryer are broken. On top of all this, the only vehicle they own is barely functional and his mom is afraid to drive it. (Jacob does not drive.) We want to help Jacob get as many of these issues fixed as we can. Its gets so cold in his house at night during the winter that they can barely sleep and they have to use buckets to go to the bathroom. Jacob works at Mission Barbecue as a dishwasher and only makes enough to pay the bills and take care of his mother who is currently suffering from breast cancer. We need your help to give Jacob a hand and anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
