My name is David, and I'm asking for everyone to come forth and support one of the most beautiful spirits I've ever encountered in life. This here is Courtney. She went to Crockett elementary school in Pheonix Arizona. Courtney is a free spirit and had no boundaries when it can to the company she kept. She loves everyone from all races, backgrounds, and religions. This woman right here taught me a lot about compassion for others and how to love unconditionally. She recently was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and is in dire need of our support. Her medical bills are piling up and she is unable to contribute to her household.
