***He is out of the hospital and recovering from the procedures. The bill so far is $25,137 for the 2 procedures, meds, and hospital stay.
Ron is a frontline worker, he was in DC every weekend and worked during the election and inauguration. Ron was admitted in the hospital because he was out of breath and could barely speak. He was diagnosed with AFib and Acute diastolic congestive heart failure. The Cardiologist scheduled him for a stent procedure/surgery and a cardiac catheterization. The Stent is supposed to help with blood flow to prevent a stroke or a heart attack.
Your donations will be used for his meds, paying the hospital back, and other expenses. He doesn’t have insurance so he has to pay out-of-pocket for all the expenses. He is too young for Medicare and was denied Medicaid. Also, he cannot go back to work after this because his heart can no longer tolerate ANY kind of stress and/or risk a heart attack, being exposed to COVID or worse. He takes a total of 5 pills twice a day and it makes him drowsy and disoriented.
