Please help our friendly neighborhood "Pickles"

Recently our friend David spent several days in the hospital. He had been suffering from intestinal distress for nearly a week and very early one morning, the pain became unbearable. He feared his appendix may have burst and was rushed to the hospital. Once there, David was diagnosed with Diverticulitis which is an infection of the diverticula in the intestine. Luckily, the doctors were able to treat it successfully with antibiotics and did not have to surgically remove the infected portion.

However, David was between jobs at the time and unfortunately without insurance for the entirety of his ordeal. He had to spend several days in the hospital until the antibiotics began to work and is now facing the reality of potentially insurmountable medical bills. He is finally feeling better and returning to normal daily life but he is going to need some assistance paying off this new debt.

David is the sort of person who would do anything in his power to help those in need, including strangers. Please, let's help him this time by donating whatever you can. No amount is too small and every bit helps. Thank you.
