Please Help Our Friend Lul

This is an opportunity to show our love and support to our friend Lul Ali, who is bravely fighting Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Lul was diagnosed with Leukemia in January and immediately began chemotherapy and other efforts to fight the cancer. She has been grateful to receive excellent care from an amazing team at the University of Washington Medical Center and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.

Lul works with incredible educators who generously donated six weeks of paid leave so that she could focus on getting better. Unfortunately, that leave has run out, and her medical bills have begun to pile up. She will need to continue to miss work as she undergoes chemotherapy. All funds donated here will go directly to support Lul and allow her to pay her living and medical expenses.
