Hello Friends,

Nicky and I need your help. Our friend Bernadette Sanders, a fellow Pilates teacher who’s recently returned to the US after a medical crisis, has fallen on tough times. She needs help, and we’re asking our friends and hers to chip in.

It’s difficult enough to be a solopreneur… post relocation and stroke, it’s harder still. Bernadette is working her tush off to stay afloat, but she needs help. If she doesn’t get this money by Wednesday, she could become unhoused.

We can’t stand by and let that happen. While we realize everyone struggling in some way, we also hope that you’ll join us in helping someone who needs support at this very critical time in their life.
