Please Help Our Dear Friend Josie

Please help take care of our dear friend Josie Swan. There was an accident involving her and some of our catering team. She and a group of others were involved in a golf cart accident that was shuttling them to their vehicles after work.

The cart landed on Josie, causing very serious injuries to both of her legs. She is currently in ICU and being transferred to a specialist in a Level One Trauma Center to discuss more surgery and recovery options.

We are raising money to support her, ultimately to make sure she doesn't have to worry about financial obligations while in the hospital and in the beginning of her recovery.

Josie is independent and hard working. She is the brilliant food scientist who advised us on getting our products shelf stable and fully licensed to sell nationally again and has been an invaluable asset to our company.

Hospitality is all about taking care of people, now its our turn to take care of Josie. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
