Please help our dear Aaron get his thyroid removed

Our beloved Activities Director of 23 years and dear friend, Aaron Arnold, needs to have his Thyroid removed immediately.  His insurance deductible is $6,000 and is in dire need of help in order to cover the costs.  Please give what you can to help my selfless friend get the surgery he needs.  Thanks to all for your help and/or consideration.
