Hi, my name is Kelly and I'm raising urgent funds for our 5 year old fur child Angus Pattie who is critically unwell and in desperate need of immediate veterinary care.

Recently, due to no fault of his own, Angus Pattie was injured on his neck whilst playing with his younger fur sister Layla Jean. Although the trauma initially presented as only superficial, with no obvious wound... over mere days quickly developed into a large lump under his right jaw line / neck area and now has progressed to a giant mass that has spread across a larger area - across his whole neck and jaw line and only continues to grow in size.

From our understanding, Angus Pattie has developed a condion called "Salivary Mucocele". There are four main types, with his now being at critical stages and he is in desperate need of further urgent veterinary treatment.

The treatment for Salivary Mucocele for Angus Patties is surgery. It is needed to remove the affected salivary gland and surrounding tissues.

Angus Pattie has been seen by the veterinarian and is on an aggressive course of antibiotics to help fight the infection, however is only an interim bandaid for much needed surgery for his survival.

"Salivary Mucocele".

A salivary mucocele, also known as a "sialoceles", is a swelling caused by saliva leaking from a damaged salivary gland or duct accumulating in surrounding tissues. It is caused by damage to a salivary gland or duct, often due to trauma caused by an injury which if left untreated can lead to highly progressive infections followed by rapid fatality.

Angus Pattie needs further treatment followed by surrgery as soon as possible. Again it breaks ours hearts as the treatment he needs is well beyond any funds that we have and so we are desperately reaching out to you to please ask for your kindness of donations to raise these much needed funds.

Angus Pattie is already experiencing difficulties in eating as food is becoming difficult for him to swallow due to swelling. His condition although again he is on an aggressive course of antibiotics without much needed surgery the mass will only continue to increase in size and his condition will continue to decline with breathing difficulties, airway obstruction due to compression on his esophagus - increasing to severe respiratory strain then leading to further complications of infection and our worst possible fears, fatality.

We please ask for your kindness in our beautiful boy Angus Pattie's greatest time of need. We understand that everyone has their own personal life stresses, struggles and financial strains, so we please only ask if you're able to afford to help Angus Pattie a donation of even just $1 to give him his chance, his fight, his life for his much needed treatment or any other assistance of kindness for him would mean the world to our family and most especially to our gentle giant, our beautiful handsom, our Angus Pattie.

Angus Pattie is the most lovingest, kindest, gentlest and caring boy our family could ever wish for. He has the most incredible ability to make you smile no matter how bad of a day you've had, giving big sloppy kisses and the bestest of cuddles a doggy could give! He is also an especially musical boy who will dog speak a long in his own special way when you sing with him and again It breaks our families hearts so much to see and know that he is in incredible pain and feel hopeless to help him as we don't have the funds for his much needed treatment.
