Please help our baby Lil’ Snowball

Hello, thank you in advance for reading my following message. Angelica and I are asking for help regarding our baby boy’s upcoming surgery and treatment. He is a 7 year old Maltese/Pekingese, and we first noticed symptoms in Lil’ Snowball when we found blood in his urine. The vet thought it was just going to be a UTI, but to our shock, our vet found that he had a large tumor in his bladder. This was so devestating, because his regular check ups always deemed that he was a healthy dog. After numerous tests, X-rays, and a referral to an oncologist, it was determined that Lil Snowball’s tumor was not diagnosable until after surgery.

His surgery costs $11,000 and unfortunately the alternate pet insurance that we have does not apply to the oncologist specialist that will be performing the surgery. This will all be out of our own pockets, including his eventual radiation and chemotherapy which is estimated to be $15,000-$20,000.

We are asking for help regarding these upcoming costs, and will be truly thankful for any size donation. He is the greatest friend that I ever had, and he changed my life for the better when he first entered it 6.5 years ago. And his little adopted sister, Eevee, loves him so much and they are absolutely bonded. Angelica, Eevee and I cannot imagine a life without him, and want to do everything that we can to help him. He absolutely deserves every chance that he can get to continue living for as long as possible.
