Please help our Andrew to stand tall!

My name is John and I am trying to raise money to purchase a stand up power chair for my cousin Andrew Sorce.

Andrew Sorce has suffered with cerebral palsy all his life. He is bound to a wheelchair is not able to stand to walk on his own. There is something called a Redman Power chair stand up wheelchair!
