If you have ever worked on building a kitchen space, or really any other building project, you likely know that unexpected expenses are sure to show up!

As many of you already know, we've been building out a kitchen space in our USDA meat processing facility, Smokey Ridge Meats in Chewelah. The goal to be able to process our "world famous" beef, pork and lamb broths ;) ... And that would be just the start!

This space would allow us to also expand our meat processing programs that require ovens to cook, such as Corned Beef, Roast Beef and so much more!

We are SO close to having this kitchen finished, but we need a little help to get us through this final push.

$10,000 is the cost for the installation of our hood ventilation system and the last major component to make this a functional space. When we started this project, we were wildly underbid for this installation work to be done, and needless to say, it's thrown a major wrench in the gears.
