Help pay Oliver's medical and final care expenses

Update 2/20/2024:

I am heartbroken to share that we have lost our beloved Oliver. Today was supposed to be his life-saving operation, but like his dear brother Berrin before him, he had a bad reaction to a necessary pre-operative blood transfusion. We had to make the tough choice to say goodbye to avoid putting him through any further pain and suffering. Our hearts are shattered. Berrin and Oliver were the two greatest parts of our lives, and they're both gone. Any help you can offer to cover final expenses would be greatly appreciated, and I am sorry if I'm slow to respond. My heart hurts so damn bad.

Hello, and thank you for reading our story. I'm raising money to help pay for medical expenses for my girlfriend's and my dog Oliver. He has a mast cell tumor on his back leg that has recently and spontaneously become a major health concern. We have already incurred several thousand dollars of medical debt, and there is a chance to save Oliver's life, but it will involve surgery...and many more thousands of dollars.

Oliver is the sweetest, most well-behaved angel of a dog you'll ever meet. We love him dearly, and we are devastated. We want to be able to give him every chance he can get at not just a longer life, but one with a high quality of life. Anything at all you can spare would be a tremendous help in bringing our baby back home.

If by some miracle we are able to raise all the funds, they would go toward paying off his existing and future medical bills. If there is any remaining after paying his bills, or if we don't get the happy ending we're all hoping for, I would love to be able to make a donation in his name to help other dogs in need.
