Help needed!
We are in the midst of taking in a large number of cats and kittens from a local hoarding situation. 11 cats/kittens today, and at least 15 more coming, though the exact number of cats in the home is unknown and the total may go higher. Many are kittens and we suspect that most of the older females are pregnant. All will need basic medical care, almost all will need to be spayed or neutered, and some will need illnesses treated. But THIS little guy, Odin, is only 8 weeks old and desperately needs surgery to remove his eyes. Can you help this sweet little boy get the surgery he needs so badly, and help us provide some of the care his housemates will need? There is no way to save his eyes. He must have the surgery if he is going to live, and if he is going to have a healthy and pain-free life. Not to mention that caring for this sudden influx of cats and kittens with so many needs is a shock to our already stretched budget.
And would you believe we have ANOTHER cat who urgently needs an eye removed? Cindy came to us as a stray and we've been hoping her eye could be saved, but the condition has become dire and her eye needs to be removed right away. Just the eye surgeries on the 2 cats will be close to $3000.
Could you please spare a few dollars to help these kitties who need your help desperately?
