Hi, my name is Vivianne Khalife-Yazbeck and I am here asking for your support, not for me but for my friends' 14 year old daughter and the humble family who would never think of asking for help.

On Christmas Eve, Natalia Sarkis (a very healthy young girl) received an unexpected heart- breaking diagnoses of High-Risk leukemia. She will be undergoing aggressive Chemo therapy starting tomorrow and will still undergo different chemo treatments for the next 2 years. The first 4-6 weeks and at different times in her treatment she will not be able to leave the hospital and her mother will have to leave her job to care for her. Obviously this has been a huge shock for the family and everyone surrounding them. This battle is just beginning and will be a very long road for Natalia and her entire family.

We are confident she will beat this without a doubt and I ask everyone to help support the family. One way we can do that is by meeting their needs financially so they can concentrate only on helping Natalia get better.

Even though medical insurance will cover most of her treatments, the family will have other unexpected expenses and the burden of a loss of income.

Let this money raised help them in many ways:

-gas money to and from hospital visits for her father and for the family for the next two years (over 1hr ride to the hospital)

-therapeutic care

-meals

-any misc. services needed to lighten their load during this journey

-help make up for the loss of income to help pay everyday bills.
