Please help Michelle. She is struggling with lupus

Hi, my name is Andrew. My wife Michelle has systematic lupus that is now affecting her brain and causing her to have seizures. She also has ischemic brain disease and a stroke from this from of lupus, also known as Lupus CNS or neuropsychiatric lupus. As a result of the seizures she cannot work right now and has been put on disability by her employer.  Do to this, there has been a drastic decrease to our income.  Michelle has been hospitalized twice since may and waiting to hear when Mayo Clinic’s Epilepsy and Neurology department in Jacksonville has an opening .  We are all waiting for Emory to accept her case if we can’t get into Mayo soon enough.  Despite changes to medications, multiple doctors visits and hospitalizations we are unable to control her neurological symptoms and it has greatly affected Michelle’s quality of life.  It has also affected our household financially and our two children both emotionally; as we try to shield them from those matters 

She has struggled with this disease for that last 15 years.  Besides her brain and central nervous system, she also has heart and kidney involvement as lupus can affect every organ in the body.

 She is a very strong , hard-working and  independent woman, but right now it is everything she can do just to get out of bed and function. This cursed illness is taking its toll o her physically and now mentally and emotionally. I am asking for help. The biggest worry that she has is us losing our house. Please help us so she can have a safe home and try to get her health back on track while we await treatment that we hope will allow Michelle to return to work at her job.  Thankfully they have worked with us on leave but without pay which leaves us in this situation to even be asking for assistance.
