Please help my wife put her best foot forward

My wife signed up for a learn to play hockey program with the Florida Panthers almost a year ago. She loved it so much she continued to learn and made it on a team. On January 22nd, at the end of her adult skills development class she had a nasty fall and broke her right tib/fib and has a spiral fracture as well. She has been in pain and out of work since then and will be out of work for a week after surgery, which is scheduled for February 7th. She will not be able to play the sport she fell in love with for at least 4 months. We never ask for help but this time, we need to put our pride aside and ask for help to pay for hospital bills.
