Please help my warrior wife

Hi. My name is Jon. I am starting this fundraiser for my wife Rebekah.

Rebekah is a warrior, although she won’t admit to that. She is my world, my love, my everything. And we need help.

Over the past 8 years or so she has had to have 6 surgeries on two hip replacements. She has had to have the mechanical joint changed twice and the last one caused and infection that they don’t really know how to get rid of. It puts her on antibiotics for life.

Recently we also found out that she has lung cancer. They moved quick and removed half of one of her lungs. The cancer got into her lymph nodes and is aggressive.

She is now in chemo and it hasn’t been easy. It messes with her blood pressure and she has ended up back in the he hospital twice.

Hopefully the meds are balanced now, but being on antibiotics for so many years has lowered her immune system making her especially susceptible to infection and now covid. 

Through it all, Rebekah has been able to stay in school and achieve excellent grades. She will graduate early next year. I’m so proud of her. And she says that anyone who donates, once she has graduated, she will provide paralegal advice if you need it. 

I am an entertainer and due to covid haven’t been able to work for over a year and a half. I suffer from back issues and can not hold down a 9-5.

We have been able to keep our heads above water but it is a real struggle.

We have a good social media presence and have been chronicling the journey on TikTok and you can search the hashtag #mywifebecky. We have been amazed at the outpouring of love from strangers. It really does wonders.

But we need some help. Anything you could spare would lift so much stress off of our shoulders.
