Please Help my Sweet Cat Macey Fight Cancer

Hello, my name is Kayla, and this GoFundMe is for my sweet and loving tuxedo cat, Macey.

Macey came into my life as an unexpected gift in March—13 years ago—and now, in this same month, I’m being told I may lose her. She has been my constant source of love and support through every chapter of my life. She’s not just my pet but my emotional support, my best friend, and my baby. She is a smart and special cat, she learned how to handshake and I leash trained her because she loves exploring outside. I've moved around a lot and she's always been brave around new places, but now we're battling something that requires even more bravery.

Recently, Macey was diagnosed with a tumor in her mouth, and the vet is sure its Feline Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma, an aggressive form of cancer. Right now, I’m trying to raise funds to give her a fighting chance. The first step is a biopsy to confirm what we are dealing with, followed by a consultation with oncologists to see if treatments like radiation therapy are possible.

I don’t know if treatment will save her, but I can’t give up without trying. If nothing can be done, I will need help covering end-of-life care to make sure she is comfortable and surrounded by love until the end.

Unfortunately, I don’t have much family or a large circle of friends to lean on, so I’m reaching out to kind strangers for help. If you can donate anything, even a small amount, or share this fundraiser with others, it would mean a lot to both of us.
