My name is Jennifer, and I'm running this fundraiser for my sister, Lorraine.

Lorraine is a loving wife and the proud mum of three beautiful children who are her whole world.

In March 2024, she was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer. She faced chemotherapy and radiotherapy with everything she had, and after months of treatment, received the wonderful news that there was no evidence of disease. My family and I believed the nightmare was finally behind us.

Sadly, just 18 months later, our world was turned upside down again. She was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her lungs.

She has already undergone another round of chemotherapy, but despite everyone's best efforts, it hasn't cleared the nodules on her lungs. While this has been heartbreaking, she refuses to give up.

Her biggest wish isn't anything money can buy—it's simply more time. More birthdays, more bedtime stories, more cuddles, more family memories, and the chance to watch her children grow up.

After extensive research, Lorraine has been accepted for specialist treatment in Germany that isn't available to her at home. The treatment includes Dendritic Cell Therapy and TPCE (Transpulmonary Chemoembolization), giving her hope and another chance to continue this fight.

Unfortunately, the cost of treatment, travel, accommodation, and ongoing medical expenses is far beyond what my family can manage alone. Asking for help is one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, but today we are putting our pride aside for my sister and for the chance to keep making precious memories with her.
