Please help Joselin she got 70% of her body burn

She was involved in an accident that resulted in 3rd degree burns over 70 percent of her body. She does not have any health insurance and needs your assistance to help pay for medical bills. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. She has a long road to recovery ahead her.
