Please help my sister Sarah Swartz!

Hello my name is Amber and my very good friend like a sister is experiencing some disturbing medical issues. A few months ago she started getting involuntary muscle twitches in her extremities and felt extremely fatigue. The symptoms have been progressing quickly and new symptoms have started, the jolts are getting worse and she is getting more fatigue to the point she can not work full time anymore. Her face is getting uncomfortable pins and needles feeling and areas of her body are going numb. She has been go ER several times and has had to call an ambulance a couple of times. Her doctor is setting her up with a neurologist as soon as she can get one. It will be quite a wait most likely for an MRI. I am asking for help to get her a private MRI as it would be quickest like a few days and aslo to help her with her rent and bills as she has not been able to work consistently and is falling behind. Please help this momma out this last year has not been kind to her. Last year she ended up with a life threatening infection and now this. She needs answers and support financially!
