Please Help My Service Dog Laci

This is my autism and ptsd service dog Laci. She is the best girl and she helps me do so many mundane things that i can’t do on my own like go to the store. But she’s sick and i’m running out of time to save her. As i’m writing this the date is 2/16/23 and she hasn’t eaten in 5 days. I scrounged up whatever money i could, as fast as i could to rush her to the vet but it still wasn’t enough. The vet told us she has a uterus infection, and she needs a surgery that i can’t afford. she is my lifeline, my best friend, and im not ready to lose her. at this time i don’t know the amount of the surgery, and i won’t know until 4 pm so i’m just guesstimating. anything helps, thank you so much for your time and consideration ❤️
