Hello everyone! My senior family cat Rei, who has been with us for over a decade, is very sick and urgently needs medical attention. She’s been struggling with breathing, hasn’t been eating, and can no longer clean herself, which is something she used to do so carefully every day. The vet has recommended that we take her to the animal hospital for further testing and treatment, but the cost of care is more than I can afford at this time. She's been a source of comfort through some of the hardest times in my life, helping me through panic attacks and severe depression just by being there. I’m doing everything I can to help her, but I’m reaching out through this GoFundMe in hopes that others who understand how deeply we bond with our animals might be able to lend a hand.
