My sweet Toast is fighting for her life and I’m asking for help to cover her medical bills. She was diagnosed in February 2024 with a devastating autoimmune disease called immune-mediated haemolytic anaemia (IMHA), where her own body destroys her red blood cells. It’s a condition with a high fatality rate but despite everything, Toast is still a happy cat just very very sleepy. Right now, she’s on strong steroids and immune-suppressing medications, but they’ve stopped working and she has sadly relapsed. Without further treatment, she won’t survive. My insurance has run out, and her care costs over £400 every month, with bills only rising as her condition worsens it’s becoming more difficult to keep up. Toast means the absolute world to me.
