Hi, my name is Sandra and I am fundraising because my nephew’s son needs surgery due to poisoning. He is a young talented man he likes to rap, he is very into business, and used to make t-shirts. He was in school, about to finish his high school career. He has been hospitalized for about a year, he can’t talk and he is diabetic. he needs a second surgery to reconnect his throat. He has a really promising future, he likes to help people and he's very humble. Anything helps and even doing as much as sharing brings us one step closer to our goal.
