Please Help My Mom Robbie Dodd Recover And Stay Afloat

Hello, my name is Kali Dodd and I am launching this fundraiser to help my mom, Robbie Dodd, who recently underwent meniscus surgery. I am asking for help with ongoing medical and household expenses.

Robbie had meniscus surgery on the 29th of January, 2025. She was supposed to start back at work two weeks later, but instead, we were back in the doctor's office because one of her suture wounds was leaking fluid, and she had an excessive amount of fluid built up in her leg. Mom’s doctor put her in a full leg air cast for a week and prescribed medication that would help dry up the liquid in her leg. One week later, the doctor took off the air cast and prescribed a walker and physical therapy. Robbie started physical therapy but was in excruciating pain after each session, so back to the doctor we went. Robbie was diagnosed with bursitis. She was laid up for another two weeks. Robbie has been back to the doctor, and now she has stress fractures and is not allowed to put any weight on her leg for 3 weeks. Mom goes back to the doctor on the 7th of April, and we’ll see what’s what then. I think she’ll still be laid up for another month because even laying still in bed, she is still in a lot of pain.

My mom, Robbie Dodd, is the sweetest, kindest person in the world. Robbie would give you her last dollar if you needed it and go without. Robbie was expecting to be back at work on February 19th, but that didn’t happen. She has since maxed out her credit cards paying her car payment and household bills. My mom, Robbie Dodd, really needs your help. Heck, I need your help to help her. I live in San Antonio, and I’ve been here since she had surgery. I’m working for DoorDash to pay my bills and help her with the bills I can, keep food on the table for her, and keep her animals fed. Please, any help at all will be greatly appreciated.
