Hi, my name is Kalisha Hogan, and I’m asking for help for my mom, Kim Coleman. For 28 years, my mom worked in home health care, dedicating her life to caring for others. In 2024, she injured her back while working and had surgery. It helped for about five months, but the pain returned. After another MRI, doctors found the injury is now affecting both sides of her disc, and she can no longer work.
She has not been able to receive workers’ comp and is currently trying to navigate disability and unemployment, but the process is slow. In the meantime, there is no income coming in, and bills continue to pile up. She’s facing medical expenses, everyday living costs, car repairs, and needed home repairs. My mom has always been the one helping everyone else. Now she needs help.
If you’re able to give, any amount would mean so much. If you can’t donate, please share. And if nothing else, prayers are always appreciated — she is very discouraged right now and truly needs the encouragement. Thank you for supporting her during this incredibly difficult time. — Kalisha Hogan
