Please help my beloved dog stand and walk

On the night of Friday, December 13th 2024, my beloved dog, Simba, a golden retriever, was hit by a car. The driver did not stop and fled the scene. Simba was bleeding heavily, and I rushed Simba to the emergency animal hospital immediately. Simba had over 30 wounds on his body, and 8 Xrays were taken which showed fractures on his front legs. The vet cleaned and stitched his wounds and Simba stayed at the vet hospital for two nights for 24 hours monitoring. These procedures cost over $6,000. On our follow-up visit the vet said Simba needs a CT scan as he cannot stand up, nor control his bladder or bowel movements. Simba will need a special spine operation to help him stand up. The CT scan and spine operation are very expensive, and I need help arrange funding to proceed.

This accident happened a week before Simba’s 4th birthday. Simba is charming, friendly and loved by all our neighbors, friends and strangers who meet him. The Mayor of Markham met Simba while planning the new dog park near our home. I looked forward to taking Simba on walks everyday and he is very special to me. It breaks my heart to see Simba paralyzed and cannot move. He had such a bright futures ahead of him and deserves better. Please, please, help my dog to stand and walk again. Thank you so much

Within a month, Simba has made good sign of recovery, he front leg almost fully recovery, he sometime tries to stand and walk, although the way is not balance, Simba will soon become phase 2 to do rehabilitation, acupuncture, swimming to help him improvement on spin recovery.

I hereby to publish some of cost spent till now, all funds raise will be 100% spent on Simba recovery.
