Please help my little cousin Isla out!

This is Isla she is 4, almost 5. She is 100% amino acid based formula fed. Isla has a complex medical portfolio and history. She has been diagnosed with 23 various disease/syndromes/conditions. She has multiple doctors at St. Louis Children's Hospital. I travel there several times a month to get Isla the medical care she needs. Isla has the inability to consume food in any form. The combination of her medical diagnoses make it impossible. She has had hundreds of appointments, over 50 admittances at St. Louis Children's, and over 25 procedures. She has spent a large portion of her life at the hospital also having countless tests, hundreds of blood draws, IVs, etc. To keep Isla healthy and safe, her diet is strictly hypoallergenic amino acid based formula, currently, Neocate, Jr. Vanilla. Until last month she has been consuming Elecare, Jr. Vanilla. The massive recall of formula devastated us and we lost her only source of nutrition. We have spent about $7000 dollars (with the help of family and friends) out of pocket to switch to Neocate. Switching formula is hard on a child's digestive system. She has made the transition and has begun to tolerate the new formula. Last week I was notified due to the increase in supply demand, Neocate, Jr. Vanilla is out of stock indefinitely from all insurance approved DME suppliers. All of them. Out. None. I have a very small, quick depleting, supply and then we are back to not having any form of nutrition for her. This is a helpless feeling as her mother. She has tried the other options and they have been fails for her. There are two other hypoallergenic formulas, but neither worked with her and caused extreme vomiting and other GI dysfunction. Isla has private insurance that we pay for, they simply can't help with the situation. Her formula is a medical necessity, it can't be billed under her prescription plan. This is why it must come from a DME to be cover under the insurance plan. No insurance approved DME has the stock. I have one option left and that is to purchase it out of pocket, here and there when I am able to find small pockets of dwindling stock, from pharmacies (again with limited stock and in some cases a price increase of 40% to 50%). I am still searching frantically for it. I do qualify for WIC, but even if I were to sign up for it, none of the WIC approved pharmacies have it in stock. There is a program through the formula company for reimbursement, I do not qualify for reimbursement due to her having private insurance, and even if I did it wouldn't matter because they do not have any stock from the manufacturer. At this point it is unsafe to buy from individuals and secondary markets because people are finding ways to make recalled products appear safe. There have been warnings issued and several instances reported. In addition, I am in the process of sending back the recalled stock I had accumulated, but the insurance will receive the reimbursement, not me. She had already consumed my personal bought cans. Currently it is/will cost $60 to $100 a day out of pocket to feed her. I feel helpless coming to this platform, but it could cost up to $3000/month to purchase her formula, providing I can even find it. Just to be blunt, that's more than I take home in a month. In closing, I and Isla would greatly appreciate any form of monetary donation to be used to purchase formula from the only places I can find it, mostly pharmacies not covered by her medical plan. I also know some will look down on this type of plea for help. If you know me, you probably know how hard it is for me to admit I need this help. I'm independent and feel like these things, as a mom, are my burden, but I'm just not sure how to keep up. Please know this is humbling and has somewhat been my hardest challenge. As a mom we do what we have to for our children and I am doing the absolute best I can in a situation caused by the neglect of a formula conpany who did not safe guard its product for medically compromised children. I am putting my pride aside and asking for your help. If you made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read. From the deepest depths of my soul, thank you for any help you are able to give. If you can't afford a monetary gift, we gladly accept all prayers, specifically for this situation and her health. Thank you again and much love to you.
