Please Help My Hurting Husband With A New Hip

Hi my name is Kim Tinkham and we are desperate to raise funds for much needed anterior hip replacement surgery for my husband Greg of almost 38 years. Due to genetics and over 30 years of hard construction work he can hardly walk, his muscles are atrophed on his right side and he is in constant pain. Unfortunately being self employed and raising five children, the last just graduating from college we could never afford health insurance and only had it for a few years when I worked. We sold our home and have been fulltime rving for 3 1/2 years in order to live less expensively and to save money to get his hip replaced. He is lucky he can work remotely but he’s still self employed. I’m trying to find a job I can do remotely but he’s in so much pain that we can no longer wait long for the surgery. We belong to Thousand Trails so the longest we can stay at a campground in our membership is 3 weeks or I would work a stationary job in a community. I never dreamed I would ask for help but my husband has helped so many others without asking for a thing and I just can’t watch him suffer anymore. It breaks my heart. We have found a surgeon in NY who charges around $20,000 cash payment for hip replacement which is the least expensive option. Anything you can give would be a Godsend and we promise to pay as much as we can forward when we can. Other than his bad hip he is a very healthy and would be active 63 year old Husband, Father of five and Grampa of two who no fault of his own except working hard to provide for his family that put him in the hurting condition he is in now.
