Please help my grieving family.

I would like to ask for help for my family, as my husband took his own life in June, and we're struggling with paying rent arrears.

 

I have two sons to raise alone now and we're deeply traumatised and devastated at losing my husband, life just seems to have gone wrong since. My family has tried to help as much as possible but they too have nothing to spare to aid us. I have tried to seek help from charities and Citizens Advice but nobody has been forthcoming. I am on benefits as I am unable to work just now and I'm trying to budget the little money I've got.

 

I owe £830 in rent arrears, to make things even harder my washing machine broke and it's my son's twelfth birthday on 23rd November but I can't afford anything for him. My son has been through so much, I feel so heartbroken that I can't afford anything for him especially as it's his first birthday without his Dad.

 

Any donations would mean so much to us, no matter how small, and we would love to be able to help others in similar situations when we're in a position to do so.
