My grandmother Shana Luby had been suffering in the hospital since late last year with a multitude of sudden health problems. She had been on life support, but she had two heart attacks in the last few days and brain trauma in the past and as of recently causing her to not be in the best condition. For quality of life purposes and to ease her suffering we very sadly had to plan to take her off life support on 4/5/22. She passed later that evening. I am asking for help with the costs and expenses of a cremation service. The donations would go to the base charge for service from the funeral home, transportation to the funeral home, the container used for cremation and the urn you receive after, all necessary paperwork filing and permits, as well as any unexpected charges that could occur with planning the cremation. I will be giving the remainder of any unused portion of the money to her husband for medical expenses. There is no plan for a memorial or a funeral at this time. We will be doing an intimate celebration of life with close family and friends. My family and I would be incredibly thankful for any help you could offer to us during this time as this was unexpected. And to my sweet and dear grandma I love you for infinity. You’ve made the hugest impact on my life and I am truly losing my heart when you had to leave us.
