Please help my fur grand baby

Hi my name is Simone. My daughter and son in law have a beautiful German shepherd named Ivy. Last night she cut her leg really bad on a nail that was put in the fence by a neighbour. She has torn her tendon and has had to have surgery. So with the emergency vet costs and surgery are now up for $7500. Although we will endeavour to assist them as much as we can, we would appreciate any extra help.
