Please help my friend with his cancer treatment

Hi my name is Sara. I have a friend,Mark Middleton,who has cancer. He's still working full time but it's getting harder and harder. He has insurance but there's the co-pay for the operation he needs to remove one type of cancer. He has two but has recently had to quit taking the medication for that one as it was causing severe complications. Please help us get Mark the medical treatment he so needs so badly.
