Please help my friend, Tom, in his time of need

Hello everyone. My name is Bryan and this is my best friend, Tom. He's had Crohn's disease for over 20 years and was recently told that his kidneys are failing due to this disease. Last week, he was admitted into the hospital and had to start emergency dialysis. He won't be able to work for a while and is already behind on his bills.

Myself and a few close friends are doing as much as we can for him, but unfortunately, it's not enough. I usually don't like asking for help, but Tom has been my friend for over 40 years and is an important part of mine and others' lives. Please help if you can. Thank you in advance.
