Hi everyone, in the summer of 2021 my family and I started a journey that is still ongoing. My father, Luis Gonzalez Sr, was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, a diagnosis in which consists of prolonged and progressive kidney failure. He has struggled tremendously during this time and is currently in the process of dialysis. He is the epitome of life and strength, as he’s provided for this family even through rough times. From the countless hours behind a desk, to dealing with his family, he has shown that anything is possible as long as you put in the work. Although this is not an easy process but an easy decision, I have taken the time to be medically cleared to donate my kidney to my father. On August 10, 2023 I have officially donated my kidney to him so that he can live a longer, happier and healthier life. I am asking from the bottom of my heart… PLEASE help contribute whatever you can as these funds will help us pay for the surgery and any other medical expense we accrue.
