Help the Garza Family

Hi there! my name is Darien and I am the daughter of the owners of Country Place Cafe here in Pearland, TX.   Our restaurant is entirely operated by my mother, step father, my siblings and myself. We opened our doors in June of 2019, and being so new to the restaurant business, we have faced our fair share of challenges but the biggest challenge we never could've imagined after starting a small business is the COVID-19 pandemic. We put everything we have into operating this business, and we truly enjoy what we do, the customers that we have come to call our extended family. For 6 entire months, we closed our dining room for the sake of social distancing and protecting our customers and our family for fear of catching COVID. Now we have finally re-opened our dining room to the public, but unfortunately we have been unable to pay any of our utilities/bills and my parents have fallen behind on everything from the mortgage on their home to medical bills due to being unable to afford health insurance and having numerous underlying medical conditions. I am setting up this gofundme for my family because we are at risk of losing our entire livelihood, our small business, our homes, everything if we cannot catch up on our utilities as soon as the end of the month. This community that we live in has some of the most dedicated, uplifting and just gracious people we have ever met, and we are forever grateful to each and every one of you for helping us make our dreams come true, and for keeping our restaurant open during the darkest moments of this pandemic. We love each and everyone of you so dearly and we appreciate you all so much. We understand that this is a lot to ask, but if you can find it in your heart to support my family, it would mean everything to us.  We are forever indebted to each and every one of you.
