About 2 hours ago my home back in California where my mom, dad, and brothers currently live is completely gone. My house is a 2 story 6 bedroom 3 bathroom home in Elk Grove, CA. At about 4pm PST my dad was in the living room and heard a LOUD bang from the garage. He went to go check on it and our garage was in flames and spreading EXTREMELY fast. My mom was upstairs in their room and by the time my dad got upstairs to evacuate her out, the fire had already spread to two downstairs rooms, the living room, and kitchen. THANK GOD My parents were able to get out safe and only had to get treated for smoke inhalation. Within a matter of 15 minutes our home was completely gone. Whatever it was, set a spark to the water heater which caused a massive explosion in the garage that spread throughout our whole home. I ask that you help with WHATEVER and HOWEVER you can. I am the youngest of 3 older brothers and 1 older sister and am the only one that lives away from home/CA. I have never felt so helpless hearing the tears and screams of my family as my mom and dad are on their knees watching their belongings and our family home of over 15 years burn down. They lost EVERYTHING and nothing in the home was able to be salvaged due to it being lost in the fire or completely ruined due to smoke. Please keep my family in your prayers tonight as they don't even have any clothes anymore. And please help with whatever you can. GOD BLESS.
